In order to better serve our ever-growing ranks of ‘regulars’ who, for so many years have supported us, we are dedicated to returning the favor. Not just by building two of the largest, most architecturally beautiful restaurants in the Valley to better serve and delight you, but also by making a very thorough and conscious effort to purchase the vast majority of our goods and services from local suppliers, usually within a ten-mile radius of our locations. We do this to support our local workforce and to keep the vast majority of our gross sales right here in our community with our friends and neighbors. We also hire staff that lives usually no more than five to seven miles from our locations for the very same reason. Furthermore, every single Orozco family member still lives right here in the Tri-Valley. That’s why approximately 90 cents out of every dollar spent here at Casa Orozco stays right here in our community. Can the same be said of a chain restaurant?
